Judicial Project Manager
Description
Seeking a project manager with judicial/court customer service experience to lead the initiation,
analyses, and close-out of projects. Communicates with stakeholders to meet customer's needs,
resolve issues in a timely manner, and meet required project metrics. Must be able to lead and
manage teams that collect, organize, analyze, and translate data into useful information for
reporting and decision-making. Must be able to coordinate effective and efficient use of business
information technology and resources, improve process performance, and recommend strategies
to meet customer objectives. Ensures compliance with policies and standard operating
procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance if required.
- Knowledge of judiciary organizations, operations, and systems.
- Ability to identify best practices and communicate/implement them.
- Facilitate efficient operations
- Effectively manage meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Develop and maintain project and master schedules.
- Proficient oral and written communications skills.
- Provide overall technical and financial direction.
- Policy development
- Ability to conduct project/case management, workflow analyses, and efficiency analyses.
Required Experience
A minimum of five (5) years of experience with managing projects management. Experience
should include planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing out projects.
Bachelor's degree is required.
